They wrote us off, now this could be the most closely divided U.S. Senate race in modern history

Look, when I first jumped into the race to beat Cindy Hyde-Smith, the national pundits didn’t really know what to expect. They wrote us off.

My first campaign event had four people.

Now, we’re on the verge of making history and flipping Mississippi’s Senate race. And it’s all thanks to one thing: YOU.

That’s why, all along the walls of my office, I’ve hung photos of people we’ve met on the campaign trail. They remind me to take a little bit of joy in the campaign.

These photos remind me of why I’m in this race. The people of Mississippi are finally getting the attention they deserve and I am proud to be fighting for the people of Mississippi in this moment.

But our work is far from over.

We need to make sure that we are able to protect the integrity of our elections. If we want to do it right - and we HAVE to do it right - it’s going to cost millions and millions of dollars.
